Go to the directory refkeep_release1. Double-click on run_refkeep.bat. You should see the RefKeep Splash Screen in a few seconds.
Execute the file run_refkeep located in the directory refkeep_release1. The RefKeep Splash Screen will be displayed in a few seconds.
