Having Problems?

If you are having problems running RefKeep, please try the following:

• Ensure that java is correctly installed. The command java should work from the command prompt/shell irrespective of the current working directory.

• Check if the version of Java installed is 1.4.0 or higher using the command java -version.

If problems persist, please send an email to dilujoseph@yahoo.com. Please include the messages printed out on the command prompt when you tried to run RefKeep. For Windows, the messages can be obtained only by running the run_refkeep.bat from the command shell (not by double-clicking) - open a command shell, cd (change directory) to the directory where run_refkeep.bat is located, execute run_refkeep.bat.
